Coaches will download the coaches team packet,brackets and World Series tournament rules which will
be available for downloading July 24th, 2010.

Please be advised that pets will not be allowed at any of the World Series venues
for the duration of the World Series event - Sorry no exceptions.

Please be advised that this event carries a daily gate fee at all parks and each World Series venue
has various gate fee policies that may differ from venue to venue. We will make sure to have each
respective venue and group post their gate fee policy at their respective entrances.
Respectfully gate fees are not optional or voluntary.
Please keep in mind that gates fees are fundraisers for each respective group and hosting venue.

A mandatory managers meeting will be held at the San Diego Hall of Champions (at Balboa Park),
at 08:00am the morning of Wednesday July 28th, 2010. Team check in will also held at this time and place.

At team check in during the manager's meeting the following items will be required from all teams.
A) Official USTSA (USA) Roster and Release of Liability form.
B) Copy of Team Insurance (which you will need to leave).
C) Copies of birth certificates for each player participating.
(a passport is sufficient in lieu of birth certificate)
*Managers please advise your parents to carry an original birth certificate for their player with them
during this event should a protest arise in regards to verifying a players eligibility.
